Take this to the bank: The Patriots are better off with the Dolphins beating the Steelers. Looking at the schedule, I think @ Pittsburgh is the one game I just don't see us winning. We will still control our destiny against the Phins.

I'm confused who to root for on the national 1 o clock game. Dolphins or Steelers.....

Let's go Broncos, let's go!

The only good football-related thing about living in the Bay Area is watching - i.e., rooting against - Da Raiders.

Good news, Kyle Boller is starting the Raiders.

And on to that pick. There are 8 teams with worse/equal amounts of losses as the Raiders this year. 5 of them I'm not even worried about because I just see no way they finish with a worse record than the Raiders, based on talent alone. Those teams being...

49ers, Bengals, Broncos, Chargers and Cowboys.

The only team I can see you maybe making a case for is the 49ers but they play in the worst division in the NFL. So that leaves 3 teams...

Bills (0-5)
Panthers (0-5)
Browns (1-5)

And we all want the Panthers to go 0-16 anyways.

If you think the Patriots are an elite team who will be battling for home-field advantage, you root for the Dolphins.

If you think the Patriots are an average/good team who will be battling the Dolphins for 2nd place in the AFC East, then the Steelers.

I'll be rooting for the Dolphins.

Gotta root for the Broncos and Niners today.

I'll also root for Revis tweaking his hammy on his couch this afternoon.:singing:

I hope the Dolphins illegally hit Rapistberger, knocking him out for the season while also getting one of their own players suspended and fined.

And I hope they win. A Steelers loss and Patriots win makes the Jets & Patriots (with edge to Jets for being more balanced so far and beating the Pats) the best two teams in the league.

Steelers fumble on the opening kickoff return, Miami starts in the redzone.

I'm much less disappointed that the Pats didn't draft Sanders now than I was in April ...

...and despite that gift to start the game, the Dolphins gain one yard.

End up kicking a FG. 3-0 Dolphins.

Weekend at Bernie's. Great movie....

Gawd i have to listen to Dan Douchedorff. I'll have to keep the sound off.

Big Rapist fumbles, recovered by Dolphins.

Dolphins once again have the ball in the redzone.

Roethlisberger there ya go buddy.

Seriously? Gumble talking up Roethlisberger after a fumble???

Dolphins fail to get a TD (let alone a first down) again after starting in the red zone for the second straight drive. Kicked another FG.

6-0 Dolphins.

Jacksonville just took a sack that moved them out of field goal position. The Chiefs forced them to punt.
