In another thread, it was suggested that without Moss, Wes Welker is nothing but a JAG.

Do you agree or disagree?

JAG? Yes.

Just Another Great [Patriots Player]

What an embarrassing statement.

Disagree. Welker will still have over 100 catches and 1000 yards on the year in my opinion, and most likely more TD's.

He will still find holes in the defense and make things happen after the catch.

Thank you for making this public.

I agree.

Anyone who thinks Welker is a JAG is delusional. He surely benefited from Moss' presence, as did Brady but that doesn't make either of them JAGs without him.

Without Moss, without Brady, without a QB, he is the best offensive player on the 2006 Dolphins.

WW being a Jag is one of the most moronic statements in a week of moronic statements.

Might as well ask if Bradys going to be a jag too.

Seeing is how he had 67 catches on a far inferior Miami Dolphin team in 2006, I'd say no.

Welker was basically being doubled even when Moss was on the team. If anything, defenses will focus on Hernandez a little more, not triple Welker...

Hell, if anything Welker may have an easier time if teams are gonna put more in the Box and not in pass coverage. Welker is already doubled quite a bit. :)

Given that the votes are public, will anyone have the stones to vote "Agree"? ;)

We'll find out. I'm just worried it could to be too easy for teams to double Welker, Hernandez and it's game over.

I've seen this term used on the board before but I have no idea what JAG means.

This statement may sound foolish but 99% of these mediots will claim Wes Welker and Brady can't be anything without Moss.

Of course not- he wasn't a JAG in Miami. He won't be nearly the threat that he was from 2007-2009, but he'll still be a quality receiver.

Hmmmmmmmmmm who asks this question?

some threads just errk me .... this is one!

Wes may never be what he once was but
it will have nothing to do with moss.
