Lets just look here, it is going to be very very difficult for the Pats to come out of Miami with a W...i just cant see it happening they way they have been playing on the road the past what...almost 2 years? In Miami? Its sad but its just true.

Until they prove otherwise its going to be hard for me to say they are winning this one..now i wont overreact if they do lose because i somewhat expect it. I mean this is a semi big game for them..if they dont win this road game in the division, they are in deep kakaa

God i hope they prove me wrong but i am just not confident :(

It seems that just when people start to lose faith [even fans] the Patriots ending winning a big game impressively, i expect no different on Sunday.

I, on the other hand, am supremely confident they will come out of S. Florida
with having kicked the Dolphins butts from one end of that Stadium to the other.
I predict a 45-17 blowout win. Does this make you feel any better?

I also have a bad feeling, but you know these road woes have to end sometime and this defense has to get it together sometime. And what time is better than a Monday night game?

How is one season and one game almost 2 years?
All due respect, the team proving to you that you can say they are going to win is just a silly point of view.
Why would losing 2 road division games be deep trouble when they still have 12 games left AND the opportunity to avenge them?

I guess I just dont understand the purpose of your post.
We were bad on the road last year.
You don't think the team is any good.
You feel the season could be on its way to over after 4 games of 2-2.
Seems a waste of time to create a thread to say that.

I had a bad feeling when Drew went down and look how that turned out.

That's what I'm saying.

While technically accurate, people saying "Brady hasn't [insert] since 2007" is misleading seeing as how he didn't even play in 2008.

All of these new issues are only based on one regular season, one where he was recovering from a major injury.

It's probably the least confident I've felt going into a game since Cassel vs. the '08 Steelers and eventual champs. Brady in Miami. Defense stinks. 2nd half offense on the road still a concern. I would be totally ecstatic to come out of there 3-1 (and no injuries of course)

I figured the Pats were headed to about a 3-13 season at that point.

For some reason ever since then I tend to no longer assume neither greatness nor failure from this team, and try instead to simply enjoy the ride.

That game was a shame, started off so nice with the Vrabel interception and quick TD.

Could of went into halftime with a lead but Gostkowski missed a chip shot right before the half ended. 5 Patriots turnovers later it's a blowout.

Losing this one would make us 1-2 in the division. Not insurmountable and Miami is a tough place to play this time of year with the heat.

Still we won't lose to team with orange jerseys, won't happen.

Haha. Same here.

Extra day of preparation for Cunningham, Crable and the secondary. Optimistic that whoever's running the offense got the idea against Buffalo that you force them to defend the run, or whatever they are neglecting until you make the defense react to you then go to Moss/Hernandez/Welker.

If they finally learn to play call to make the D react in the second half, that's something.

The defense is a work in progress, but we're 2-1 and can still beat most teams.

remember pats only lost 3 road games from 06-08. How can the team suddenly forget how to win on the road? Was it the veterans?

I just realized that with the veteran laden FA bunch in 2001, many fans on this site have never rooted for a young team, as bizarre as that is.

Well, our defense is young folks, strap yourself in, they are going to make mistakes.

when was the last time anyone had a good feeling about playing in Miami?

or about the road in general.. maybe this is the turning point

Its not going to happen..............the games on Monday ;)

All I got to say is squish the fish, I think our Florida, team mates, Big Vince, Merriweather, Cunningham, Hernandez and maybe Javaris James can be a deciding factor!
Just work the run in don't abandon it use tight ends, Edelman as our main options since Moss will almost be taken out the game and Welker will be double and tripled covered.
The key on defense is stop the run. don't get fooled by wildcat, Henne take some shots downfield, we need to have Marshall covered by Mccourty all game with some physical help from Chung.
Keep Guyton on Fasano, we need Butler and Wheatley to contain Hartline, and keep Bess in check which I think we will struggle with at times.
It's Monday night everyone has come to play!

What are people seeing from the first three games defensively that gives them confidence that this team will win on the road.
???????
