Normally, I'm the first one to put Florio's conspiracy theories to bed (he absolutely SUCKS as a journalist), but this one holds weight. If that's a recent photo, then this could potentially be a huge distraction for Brady. However, on the other hand, she could just be innocently giving a peck to a friend and it's not being reported. Whatever it is, I hope it's not on Brady's mind going into Miami.

So the theory is ... this random, not particularly attractive guy, is a threat to Tom Brady's marriage? Seriously??

Frankly she doesn't even look very happy about it. I'd chalk it up to the guy likely being French, kissing her on both sides of her face. Heck, they kiss everyone like that.

I'm amazed a reporter could even publish that article with a straight face.

It is every bit as "distracting" as if someone filmed her shaking hands with someone.

A guy who works for me is French. They greet each other (men-men, men-women, or women-women) by kissing on one cheek then kissing on the other cheek. They view handshaking as less appropriate. Handshaking is even considered somewhat rude, in that culture.

This photo appears to have been snapped between kiss-on-cheek #1 and kiss-on-cheek #2.

A year or so ago, I got a fancy Nikon SLR Digital camera that does everything but the dishes. Anyway, it has an amazing multi-shot feature, where you can take like a dozen pictures without taking your finger off the shutter control. You'd be amazed how it can freeze an innocuous glance or gesture to appear to be something that it is not. That's what this picture looks like to me. They were probably doing the "kiss kiss hello hello please don't really kiss me" greeting and this was the one picture that captured everything at a suggestive angle. Add to that that they are clearly in a public place and this looks like a picture that was taken with a good camera and not someone's cell phone and I think it's a non-story.
