Coolest Pat: Kevin Faulk?

If I believed in god, I would be praying to him now to allow Faulk's injury to be only a partial tear that could heal in 6-8 weeks, so he could be ready for the POs.

Has he been placed on IR yet? Perhaps your non-prayer is being answered.

Here's a lame post/question, but something I've noticed and have thought about.

Whenever I see Kevin Faulk tackled, or involved in a play, he's always slapping the defender(s) on the helmet and seems totally agreeable to everyone. He just seems like a nice guy and good spor, in general, albeit extremely competitive. I've never seen him scrapping with anyone, but at the same time he's no ****. Because of that, I've always thought of him as the "coolest" Pat. You know, the guy you'd like to be involved in a pick up game with you (playing for either team), and then go have beers with.

I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed this, or if someone has conflicting thoughts.

Well said and I agree. I am a Charger fan but still admire KF for his heart and his sportsmanship. He is what is right about the NFL, imo. Hope he comes back quicker than Wes Welker, another player I am a big fan of.
