I traveled in time and listened to Belichick's comments about the Bills. You may say I'm crazy, but read these comments after you catch up (in your present time dungeon). I'll paraphrase what I heard:

Belichick walks into the room with a scowl, wearing a sweatshirt.

"We are playing against a really good football team on Sunday. We're just trying to practice hard because we're going to need to execute against Buffalo. Chan Gailey is one of the best coaches in the business. They do everything really well. They're very athletic. On offense they can move the ball. Edwards... er, Fitzpatrick is very athletic. He can make all the throws, he can run, he makes quick decisions. He has a great arm and is one of the smartest QBs in the game. Their running backs pose a lot of matchup problems; they run, block, and catch well. Their receivers are fast and disciplined; they make a lot of big plays On defense, they can blitz, they can stop the run, and they have a great secondary. They put a lot of pressure on you and force turnovers. This is a great team."

Belichick was then very brusque when answering questions.

Q: How will you replace Kevin Faulk?

A: Kevin's a great leader and player. We're going to do what's best for the team.

Q: Any lingering doubts after last Sunday's performance?

A: We're just focusing on Buffalo. We have a lot of improvements to make on offense, defense, and special teams.

Q: Do you think Brady is trying to force the ball to Randy because of recent public comments?

A: We're just focusing on Buffalo. We have a lot of improvements to make on offense, defense, and special teams.

Q: The NFL has been trying to prevent concussions, and it's been suggested that players sit out for a week. Will Welker play on Sunday?

A: The injury report will be out tomorrow. I'll make sure everyone is given a copy.

Q: You've defeated Buffalo 15 straight times. Are players aware of this record streak?

A: We are playing against a really good football team on Sunday. We're just trying to practice hard because we're going to need to execute against Buffalo. Bravo.... :D

lmao can't wait to see real one.

Great post! Clearly you have seen quite a few of Bill's press conferences :D

Pretty good.

The only thing you missed was BB's HOF induction speech for Spiller. No way BB does the PC without complementing the heck of C.J.

nicely done, good for a laugh this morning

It's so close to the truth I don't feel the slightest need to watch a real one

Next time you travel to the future, be sure to bring back some good stock tips for us fellow Pats Fans. :)

Seriously, though, great post, thanks for the laugh, it's a good antidote for the whining this loss has triggered.
