What happned to the guy that hit Faulk late after not catching a pass thrown to him??? Which should have been an easy flag

If I was the Pats I'd pay the fine for him. Have the man's back!

Great team building exercise. Come on Mayo/Vince pass the hat around.

I'd like to hear more about other players being fined.. All to often it seems that a Pats player get's fined and another team's player does something worse, but doesn't get anything..

It's a start, but he has a long way to go to catch Rodney.

... I see him quickly becoming a Ronnie Lott/Ed Reed/Troy P. defensive leader from the safety position.

That's a pretty good type. And here I was envisioning a faster Lawyer Milloy. But you might as well aim high(er)!

Good pickup....I was stunned that this wasn't called for a late hit.

I think big. I'm a super Pats fan, after all. ;)

I was thinking along the same lines. There's nothing wrong with being aggressive as long as it's not too dangerous.

Me? I hope he becomes a version of Rodney.

Interesting the league is basically telling the referees that they are not doing a good enough job. They've always backed them up in the past for better or worse. They are probably sick off all the missed calls like the fans are.

I'm told the new NFL offices on Park Avenue have a special room specifically for flagellating officials who miss calls.

The Patriots really, really need an enforcer back there. Ever since Rodney retired, receivers have been prancing around like ballet dancers in the backfield. Time for a new sheriff. I would also like to see Spikes knock the stuffing out of someone, Ray Lewis style. Hmmm maybe Dustin Keller.

Won't change a thing. That's Chung's style and I love it. He's already jumped ahead of Stomper on the depth chart, and I see him quickly becoming a Ronnie Lott/Ed Reed/Troy P. defensive leader from the safety position.

Ronnie Lot?? Are you kidding me?
Slow down there buddy. He had 1 good game, let's not put him in Canton yet.
I appreciate enthusiasm for the home team players. But there is such a thing as going waaay over the top.

This is a BS fine and just another example of Gooddell acting like a douche. He'll take his shots when he can at the Pats and vainly try to pass it off as 'looking tough'.
Guess what, nobody buys into it. Everyone knows the guy is a diehard Jets fanboy. Why this clown still has a job is beyond me.

The same reason that Polian is still on the competition committee.

On Flacco's big 1st half fumble, Ellis nailed him helmet to helmet. He went at him high. So many Patriots were fined for that last year.
