Question to Mankins

We don't know what happened between Kraft and Mankins either way. I have no idea who is wrong, and without any facts I can not agree with talking trash about Mankins. Similarly if someone was bashing Kraft for his treatment of Mankins I could not agree with that either. We just don't know enough to form a solid opinion either way.

The Bengals d tackles are bad, their ends are good. Which is why the sack numbers were decent.

In your first post you stated:

"Kraft told him one thing then didn't follow through."

Now you say:

"We don't know what happened between Kraft and Mankins either way. I have no idea who is wrong"

Do you see a disconnect?

I'm not bashing either side. I have my uninformed opinion, which I have chosen to keep to my self. I just wondered where you got your info that "Kraft didn't follow through". The Mankins camp has their point of view and the Pats/Kraft camp has their point of view. At this point, I am not ready to pubicly assign more weight to either side.

You know what went on because Mankins has said several times that none of the negotiations are with Kraft. Hes nto the guy who handles player contracts.

I was responding to the statement that "Kraft told him one thing then didn't follow through". I wondered where he got that info. What your statement has to do with that, I have no idea.

Who is Logan Mankins?

Mankins has said repeatedly that he hasn't talked to Kraft about the contract. That Kraft doesn't handle contracts.

Kraft can't have "not followed through" on contract promises if he doesn't talk contracts.

Wait until Mankins is officially another player on another team  ...A good majority of Pats fans in here alone, love to piss on former players as seen many times in here - it does not matter if they were a solid player here,if they leave the Patriots fans here tell him to GFY.

kraft does not handle negotiations, but that they do get run by him

Which reinforces my question of where did PowerRunRevival get his info that "Kraft told him one thing then didn't follow through". I think your question is with PowerRunRevival, not me.

The Raiders could use a guy like Mankins pretty bad right now. And it seems possible that he may not play this year with us. Plus, you know how the old man out west will pay big money.

We could use some run stopping help, and maybe even a little pass rush assistance this year.

Big Sey is on a 1 year at 12mil and is in football shape.

Call Davis up, get it done today. Hell, with the Mankins money off the table if he is gone, throw Randy a 3 year 26 million deal.

I never asked a question.

I never asked a question.

Okay. Again I have no idea why used my quote but, whatever. I don't think we disagree on this issue.

I still hope he returns.

Reading into the soap opera that is essentially the media spin on statements from Mankins's clown agent to judge what the Patriots and Mankins are actually doing and responding to in this negotiation is dicey at best.

According to media reports, both Wilfork and Brady were displeased, yet somehow that firestorm died down and everybody left happy. I guess there's no chance media reports are misleading in Mankins's case.
