Ok - before the game I predicted 14-2 and Super Bowl champions. I'm comfortable with my prediction. But if you'd like to revise your won-loss prediction for this season, do it here and post what your original prediction was. Bengals fans are welcome to do so also.

I will stay with my strong 10-6, and shaky 11-5 for now. It's only one game.

Nope, I'm still sticking with 11-5. I think some of those 9-7 folks might be coming around, though ;)

True, but against a team who Chris Mortensen and our own Tedy Bruschi predicted would make it to the Super Bowl.

Not changing my prediction after one game. Contact me after the Pats get through our trip through the AFC east the next three weeks and through Baltimore, San Deigo, and Minnesota after the bye. If the Pats are 7-0 or 6-1, maybe I will revise it.

I said 31-17, missed by a TD for each team.
And I said 11-5, and maybe I'm changing it to 12-4, I know it's only game one, but the defense looked awsome, and can only get better. And our offense is the best in the league, so I believe 12-4.

OT: Rodney Harrisson just said "wow, never expected this defense to be so (don't remember the word) so quickly"

It's one game. Most here would accuse me of being much more of a homer than a chicken little, and even after today I would not revise my prediction.

I still see twelve difficult games on the Pats' schedule; they just happened to win the first one of those. In my opinion my original guess of 10-6 will end up being closer to the final result than 14-2 will be, even after this great win today.

Im going with 16-0 :rocker:,
not really, Im sticking with my 11-5 and 1st in the afc east ahead of Miami then the jests

I'll see you're 11-5 and raise ya to 12-4.

I'll upgrade from my 11-5/1st/3rd seed prediction to 12-4/1st/2nd :D

I'll see what shape we're in after week 4.

I was at 17-2 winning the last game before the Warren/Bodden injuries. I am feeling OK with that prediction currently.

The young D will only get better over the course of the year as the kiddie corps gains experience under BB's tutelage.

10-6 with this team is still the norm.. the d played well today, but there are going growing pains.. espically with Johnthan Whilhite on the field, sorry he sucks...

I thought he was OK covering Shipley today, before they went into prevent mode after 24-0.

You beat me to it :). I love how so few fans and media have been giving the defense any credit...as if BB forgot how to coach defense, game plan, and put hard working players in a position to succeed.

I went on record as saying 12-4 if they win week one, 11-5 if they lose. So i'm officially 12-4 :) .

Looked pretty good to me on a couple players, pretty bad on a couple others. Inconsistent, but not terrible or anything.

I'll stay with my 12-4

I don't know if I voted officially or not. Today before I went to the game I was shocked when the two guys we usually go with (who weren't even bothering and gave us their tickets) said 8-8 optomistically. I told them 11-5 was my prediction and I'm sticking with it (although, I hope I'm wrong in a conservative way after today!).
