I just want to go on the record that I believe that the impact of Sebastian the Cruel on this Dynasty will be Seismic.

Prevalent thinking has it that this is a Passing League, now, and that if you want to compete for a Super Bowl, you must load up on "Skill" position players of purported high caliber.

I couldn't agree less: I believe that TrenchMen ~ the Starting 7 or 8 LineMen ~ are immensely important to the fortunes of every team, and that their impact and influence continues to be inexplicably underrated.

***

I don't think it's any coincidence ~ though I evidently stand virtually alone on this ~ that the previously moribund 2009 Patriots ~ 3-2 at the time ~ suddenly ERUPTED with a 59-0 ANNIHILATION of the Titans, the very day that Sebastian the Merciless joined our Front Line.

Toss out the Week 17 rest, and we are 7-1 with him in the lineup, last year, the one loss being that Indy game.

***

Don't believe me, gentlemen, if you must not, but I humbly request that you mark me: Tales of the Patriots' Return to Earth are GREATLY exaggerated: This is a 12-4, 13-3 team.

And Sebastian the Terrible shall blaze a trail!!

So Spikes and Vollmer have the same agent ;)

You may be a bit over the top OtG but I love your optimism.
I agree that Seabass AND Spikes are going to be forces to reckon with, at the very least.

My friends, sometimes Patsfans.com is afflicted with posters who are cartoons.

These OVER-THE-TOP caricatures can be recognized by their overuse of text formatting to convey their semi-coherent thoughts.

***
They also extensively employ ~shall we say~ extraneous characters.

The overall effect is one of distraction, and confusion, and renders their posts almost unreadable.

***
Enjoy the ~game~ FOLKS!

This!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm excited about Vollmer but I heard/read a few different times his technique hasn't been as solid this season, as if he's relying on his athleticism. Hopefully he's able to clean that up.
