The kickoff tonight will mark the official beginning of the 2010 football season. All I can say is WOW! It seems like such a long journey to the next season after the clock reads 0:00 at the end of the SB game. Most of us toil in our efforts to find other things to do in the offseason until we can watch football again. Well, after the long wait, tonight is the night that marks the beginning of the new journey toward the next SB game.
Win or lose, Patriot football is back and we're some of the luckiest fans in the world to be able to watch a team that, win or lose, young or old, questions or no questions, has a chance each and every season. We have arguably the greatest football (and coaching in general) mind of this generation at the helm. Oh, and that QB aint bad either.
Let us enjoy what we have. Let us enjoy the team and the game we all love. We'll no doubt experience a little heartbreak and frustration, but we'll also experience the triumph of choosing this team as our favorite. The NFL is, in my mind, the best league in sports and we should enjoy every minute of it. That is all.
