Lots of angst about the Bengals in various threads with the focus on the Bengals passing game and running game being better than the Patriots'. Interesting concerns when the defense is the main unknown quantity for the Patriots against the Bengals (and everybody else.)

So if you're Cincinnati's front office, do you make the trade for Welker and Moss?

I doubt it would be a straight trade! TO and OC are similar, whereas RM and WW are different types! So I think Cinci would get the better deal!

I have no idea what you're talking about.

You are kidding right?
First of all, who is saying the Bengal passing game is better? Put them on medication now please.
I wouldnt trade Edelman for TO. If you combined all of the WRs on both teams you just asked if you would trade the 1st and 2nd best for the 3rd and 6th. You need some medication too.

Where's DaBruinz when you need him.

TO and OC are similar? Really? TO is an older possession guy now. OC certainly isn't.

to the Practice Squad with this nonsense...

I was actually meaning over career. TO is nothing like WW, that was more my point.

TO and OC are more similar than WW and RM.

That's like trading somebody $20.00(Welker & Moss) for .20 cents(TO & Ocho). Duhh.

Over on the thread about the 4.5 point Pats-Bengals spread and the Reiss-inspired anxiety thread people are jumping off of bridges about the Pats in week one and saying the Bengals will whip the Pats because of Nachostinko and TO. Both defenses are suspect, but I do not see those guys having big days against the Pats DBs while Welker/Moss et al put up big numbers against the Cincy DBs.

I wouldn't trade Edelman for Ochocinco, and I wouldn't trade Taylor Price for To, Moss and Welker are better than any player on the entire Bengals roster.

Should we lower the bridges for easier access, or raise the height for increased effectiveness?

Decisions, decisions...

Raise the bridges, man. Week One: Pats 41 - Bengals 14.

This is getting exhausting 6 days out, cannot wait until Saturday...

This defense will be the worse of all time by then..

I feel stupider for reading this thread......

Palmer can't throw the ball far enough for Moss

Totally concur with ya, Ghost....................................... I felt my IQ precipitously plummet moments into this thread.... And I my IQ is really nothing to brag about!

Good lord people. He's calling out morons for considering the bengals a threat. he clearly believes our WRs are vastly superior to theirs.

Seriously, sarcasm can be subtle, just not in this case.
