Not needed, waste of $ or pick.

Lets use him as CB!

Nope he gets cut and then maybe goes back to Cincy for the minimum. He is not a team player and has drama issues.

He never should have left Cincinnati.

I wonder if he burned the bridge he used to get out of town.

He is a great player. that said... we dont need him.

T.J. Houshmandzadeh?

Looks like Seattle may cut or trade. I haven't been following him..

Seattle Seahawks to cut or trade T.J. Houshmandzadeh, start Mike Williams - ESPN

In a @#$%^&*ing HEARTBEAT.

HIGH character guy, the recent stories of Owenitis nothwithstanding.

General Tom Brady, Record Breaker, Gentleman, and Despoiler of the Immortal Giselle Bundchen, slinging them passes???

Can you say "EPIC"??? :D

Seriously: I think I may need a minute...:D

Can he rush the passer? Can he set the edge?

Yes. Have the same role that Holt would have. But the diference is that TJ is a much better reciever at this point of his career. I'd pick him up, to be our 3rd reciever.

We already have depth at WR, and getting another WR only keeps Price out of the game.

If only Seattle did this next offseason.

No we don't need him taking away snaps from young guys...

I have always thought he was one of the most overrated players in the NFL.
It doesnt take a boatload of skill to catch a lot of passes if you play with a decent QB, on a team with some other weapons, if your # is called often.
There are a lot of average talent WRs that put up stats on one team and wouldnt on most others. TJ is the poster boy for that. There were 50 other WRs that you could have put in his place in Cincy and they would have produced just as much.

I feel the same way as I did about possibly signing Owens last offseason:

I don't think it's needed, I don't think it will happen but wow, can you imagine?

We can always fit a solid player. He would take snaps or provide massive depth and FIVE solid threats on third down.

What's up with Edelman? I'm starting to wonder if he can take the pounding.

Let's get him and trade Welker for the best OLB we can get.
I honestly really believe in Edelman.

If signed he would step into Gaffney's role but I think the Raiders or Vikings will sign him if released.
