Some of the other guys not at practice may have been missing in action for another reason.

For instance, RB Chris Taylor wasn’t there, and he’s a guy who could be on the cutting room floor come 4 p.m. ST Bret Locket, too. DL Darryl Richard wasn’t present, as well, but I believe he’s injured.

This’ll all be cleared at 4 p.m. today.

To be fair..both Rap and Rodak BOTH speculated on that at the exact time..1:09...both posted Taylor was not at practice...Speculation was that he was a cut..Rappaport confirmed later,,,NO surprise at all there...Lockett has been injured..so he would go to IR and THAT is no surprise at all....I would be very surprised if Barrett was NOT IRed today...Richard?? I think that it is possible he will be cut later...return most likely to the PSquad when his foot is better...He's a bit away from the 53 BUT in the background...

They probably took a closer evaluation of the PT they'll be handing out on Thurs nite and realized they would need C. Taylor to spare the other RBs and take all those 4th quarter garbage carries.
