Hope he's alright. He was looking VERY solid last night.

Unfortunately, an ankle can be just as bad or worse than a knee. Luckily, unless it is an Achilles tear, typically the prognosis is better.

If the injury is nothing and he's just day to day then he's gotta be the front runner at LDE. I know Gerrard Warren is the veteran but Brace is the only guy who has the potential to draw double teams, something they sorely miss from their DEs.

I think if it were an Achilles tear, he would have had more difficulty coming off the field and would have appeared to have been in severe pain, no?

Just guessing, as it's a terrible injury but I've never tore one of mine so I can't say I'm an expert on the subject.

I really hope he's back soon. He's missed a lot of practice time and we absolutely need him on the Dline. I think we'd be okay with Warren and Wright, but after what I've seen so far, I'd rather have Brace out there at DE over Wright on early downs.
