Wow. Great move for the Vikings and the AFC East. :)

Camarillo was a rising star in the slot. Guess they really like Hartline.

The Sidney Rice reverberations continue......

Damn him, the reason the Dolphins didn't go 0-16 in '07.

Sparano and Parcells must LOVE Favre to give him this gift..Camarillo is a GREAT replacement for Rice while he is gone.

Rumors are that the Vikings will compensate the Dolphins by sending CB Benny Sapp over to Miami since Sapp was not present for today's practice.

Looks like Javon Walker was not the answer and the Dolphins are looking for some help in the backfield

Wow. I gotta agree with folks above. How this trade DOESN'T become a negative for Miami is beyond me.

I guess Brandon Marshall is so good that he can take 2 spots up on the depth chart

One injury to Marshall and the Dolphins are in T-R-O-U-B-L-E

Brett Favre himself probably got on the phone and made the trade himself. Word on the street is that Favre runs the team and Childress is his puppet.

Huh? If by great, you meant serviceable, I'd agree with you.

He's had some good games against us the last few years if I remember correctly. Glad he's gone.

Last season Camarillo only had 500+ yards but the year before he had 600+ in only 11 games...this kid is an excellent slot receiver that Favre craves when he is gunslinging it.

CONFIRMED BY LaCanfora ... CB Benny Sapp to the Dolphins for Camarillo

Camarillo made several big plays against the Pats the last couple of seasons. I'm definitely not sad to see him leave Miami...

Great pick up by the Vikings...

I'll say this much: Anyone who thinks that the JESTS are a soap opera now (and they are) ought not to be surprised when the set shifts to Miami when Marshall has a couple bad games. Henne, although blessed with some talent, is still a work in progress and cutting out their best slot receiver isn't doing them any favours. If Marshall gets shut down, and I believe he can be, then his frustration will return just like at Denver, and lots of the teamwork they've tried to foster in TC will be headed out the door.

Lace 'em up, fellahs. It's gonna be an interesting division this year, fo sho! :rocker:

Not to mention if Favre had know that Rice was lost and Harvin could be doubtful/migraine most of the season and he'd be relying on dropsie the RB who btw is pissed about his own lack of contract extension (some think Rice opted for surgery now because Brett got all their $$$) I'm not sure the three amigos could have talked Brett (who is apparently nursing yet another excuse...I mean bone spur in that ankle) off the farm... The situation in the twin cities could get ugly in a hurry.

I'd say it could get ugly in Oakland; but it is pretty ugly there already! Just look at Al ;)

The opening game against the Saints is going to be interesting. Despite the strength of their DL, the Vikings were 27th in Defensive Passer Rating last year.

If Favre can't get the offense going (a few three and outs), Brees will destroy a mediocre secondary that is gassed.
