All things being equal, every division should have 25 players and each team should have 6.25 players on the list. The AFC East has only 22 players, but the Buffalo Bills have only one representative.

The New England Patriots lead the way with nine players. The New York Jets have seven, and the Miami Dolphins five.

9 of the Top 200 players in the league.

Guess this goes against the media crowning the Jets the most talented and it goes against the idea that the Pats can't draft.

A Thomas is listed as a talented Patriot

BOGUS

Neither will Revis as it sits now.

Technically we're tied with the Jets. 2 of those players won't be on the field this year.

Its funny to me that Revis and Brady are tied at 3. Not that Revis isn't an amazing player but QB has way more value that CB.

Haven't you been paying attention?
Patriots.com has a minute and a half video clip of the draft ‘war room’ being set up at Gillette stadium. The camera pans around the room and two signs in bold lettering caught my eye.

One says “Get it right” and the other, right above the video screen, says, “We are not just collecting talent. We are building a team. Teams win Championships.”

Epic effing lols at Marshall > Welker

Similar number of targets, except that Welker caught 20 more passes and had 200 more yards

If we assume deepest talent would mean most talented, then the title is not unanimous.

As we've stated on here before collecting talent doesn't make a team. If I were you my attention would be on the other award Tim Graham gave you in that article:

Most unfocused: Jets. Of all the AFC East camps, the Jets were the least conscientious during my visit. This could be chalked up to the timing. I got to them last, and players had reached that antsy point where they needed a game. But the blithe atmosphere stood out to me nonetheless.

That Jets D looks pretty good. You better hope they can hold EVERY team to under 9 points though...

The thread is about talent not about the best team.

Although, you may notice Tim does have a disclaimer in the other Jets award.

Now please stay on topic. ;)

Sancheese looking real good so far, eh Father Merrin?

yes sir, just wait until he learns how to complete passes to the left to his OWN WR's...I'll bet he masters that within five seasons easy....

Not sure I buy the premise of the thread. Even if it were true, having the most players on that list doesn't equal "having the deepest talent." I really assumed it would say something about the projected 53's of each AFC East team. In that case, I also don't think we're the deepest, but it would've been a more accurate measure of "depth."

Not to them!
