Several media members give the Pats mad props

Definitely nice to see signs of respect, but the national/outside media discussing any team tend to both have a pack mentality and react to what they see on the surface. It's an approach that has definitely cut both ways for the Pats over recent years.

I find JT more listen-able and entertaining than ANY of the Boston radio personnel with the exception of Damon A.

The Boston mediots havent exactly raised the bar too high in the regard. Dana A is pretty good though.

JT has something going for him that the mediots here don't- he's not a "reporter" or "journalist", he was a regular fan who was good enough to get his own talk show.

JT is a major Giants and Raiders homer so getting anything like that out of him is a good sign for the Patriots...

Oh well, any time we start getting the "big head" we can always go back to listening to Felger and reading Borges, our hometown versions of "Statler and Waldorf".

Finally. I've been dying to know what JT the Brick would say on his much anticipated visit to the Bubba the Love Sponge Show. Next week JT the Brick will be visiting the Sponge Bob Squarepants Show.
So you're saying the local talent find JT spongeworthy?

I think that the biggest question here is why are you listening to Bubba the Love Sponge?

Good point.

I didn't know that show was still around...it shouldn't be.

I figured I would go old school. It means big compliments. But here is the definition from the Urban Dictionary:

Used when someone does something that is appreciated or respected. It as an alternative to thank you

noun. the highest compliment one can receive.

A 'hip' expression of appreciation.

Urban Dictionary: mad props
I thank you for going old school, as the only juvenile delinquent currently residing to home my cat is always copping an attitude when I ask for translation help. :)

jt is a rome castoff that would call in when rome called the knicks "the bricks" because they couldn't hit a shot. he's a ny dillpickle that somehow banana-hammocked calling rome into a radio gig. any opinion he has is mimed, pandering, and useless.

i prefer to ridicule the "experts" at massengilcentralspn.

remember " e is for enema".

Mad props = Big Ups

Woa woa woa..hold on a second here...someone thinks the jets are NOT the team to beat? Thats crazy. We all know the Superbowl trophy is already in a box, addressed to NJ.

Don't usually listen even though he isn't as bad as his name suggests. He is on the Howard Stern channel. I was flipping through and heard them talking football and stopped.

One other thing. Felger on Friday actually thinks the Pats could be a contender now.

Some surprises here. At least they are getting the respect they are getting right now.

Logical, it stands to reason Felger would get his football information from Bubba the Love Sponge.
