To anyone interested, Skip and Jamel will be talking Patriots in the next few minutes (10:30 EST).

EDIT: Skip picks Pats to win the division and says that he saw some fire and a different body language from Brady and Moss in the first preseason game. He says that he feels both players have something to prove. Brady wants to prove he isn't over the hill, and Moss is in a contract year.

Jamel, on the other hand, says there are too many questions on defense. She questions where the pass rush will come from, who the heart of the defense is, and can they get it done when it matters.

Bayless tends to play the role of the contrarian. Since the majority of the media seem to be picking the Jets to not only win the division but make it to the Super Bowl, he's following his normal act of going the other way by picking the Pats.

I'm convinced many shows such as this one are very much scripted ahead of time, with the show's producer instructing one person to take one side, the other person to take another side, and they figure out (or somebody else has written) their talking points in production meetings earlier in the day.

I absolutely agree.

It's a travesty of a mockery of a sham of a mockery of a travesty of two mockeries of a sham.

Rob Parker is by FAR the worst they have go on that.

Jamel compared rooting for the Celtics like "saying Hitler was a victim." She's not very bright.

that show is god awful. i would rather take my morning dump:bricks:
