From his twitter account:
OL Nick Kaczur dealing w/ significant back injury that could sideline him indefinitely, potentially threaten his season

Re: Kaczur has "Significant" back injury--Reiss

It looks like Mankins has his leaverage.

I've yet to see a player with "leverage" fare well dealing with the Pats.

Someone moves up on the depth chart and the Pats sign an experienced vet is my bet.

Re: Kaczur has "Significant" back injury--Reiss

That has the Patriots down to their third layer of depth at left guard, with five-year veteran Dan Connolly lining up with the starting unit. Connolly, who originally joined the practice squad in 2007, has four career starts, all coming last season.

Second-year player Ryan Wendell, who has spent parts of the past two seasons on the Patriots' practice squad, projects as Connolly's top backup. He has played in two career games.

Anyone here who sells life insurance might want to contact Mrs. Gisele Brady ASAP.

Hello, Dan Connolly.

Does Faneca have anything left in the tank?

so, they gonna just forget about mankins? maybe see him waddle in some time in october, sign his tender......and then what? you think that's good for the pats?

Levoir should be ready for more snaps he has size potential and has been coached for a little while by Dante.
I agree though let's bring Mankins on the field.
Heres to a Welker like recovery for Nick.

Oh Sh.... (loud bleep machine sounds)

If they don't they think they have the answer in house, (although I'm not sure who it would be) do you guys actually think he Pats aren't going to go out and pick up a FA and/or swing a trade in the next 3-4 weeks?

Well its not like Kazur was an All Pro guard. As far as i know he never played the position before, he was an un-known quantity.
