And who wins the AFC East, if not New England?

Hahahahaha 10 TDs, hahaha Maroney, hahaha 850 yards.

Why is that so out of the ordinary? He scored 9 TD's last season and had almost 760 yards. If we lean on the run more this year (likely), he could very well get 850 yards and 10 TD's.

He hasn't done either yet. We will see.

He had 835 and 6 in 2007. 2008 he got hurt and 2009 he had a pretty good statistical season despite being a part of a RBBC.

I generally agree. For example, I agree that there is no reason for a healthy Maroney not to equal his 2007 production. He'll certainly be given the opportunity. Only an injury or a case of fumblitis would stand int he way.

I am not as high on Edelman as you. My hope is that Welker will be our #2 in both receptions and yards. I also see a fine season for Tate or Holt, or both.

No he hasn't/ However, he did score 9 TD's and averaged 3.9 ypc despite missing 1 game and getting less than 10 attempts in 5 of the games he did play in. It's true that Maroney is not a pound-the-rock type but he is a good fit for this passing team. He's relatively cheap and he's a team player who doesn't complain about a lack of carries.

Aren't these almost identical to last years stats.
Myself, I think TB is going to hit a little higher than what you predict.
idk...32/35 tds, 4,500 yards and about 10ints.
If Maroney gets the carries he can certainly get 8500 or more.
And all the other guys can do a little better than last year too.
Afterall, they're one more year seasoned.

He missed three games in 2007. You gotta think if he played those three games, he would have gotten 5 yards a game to reach 850 yards.

I'm all for bold predictions, but you set a new standard! Way to go out on a limb to support your guy. :D

Maroney could get 850 yards, but no way 10 TDs. Why hand it off to him in goal line situations when you got bigger backs, TEs, so the pats don't have a fumble that will horribly affect a game that will most likely be the difference between seedings later on, o wait.

The Pats are in deep sh*t if Banta Cain has more INT's than Mayo. When Mayo moves to the weak side, I expect for him to break up passes, force some fumbles and get 2-3 INT's. He was picked 10th overall. It's time for him to make some plays.
