That's actually somewhat relieving to hear. This entire tournament has been marked with atrocious calls from beginning to end. I don't even watch most of the games, but for about 2 weeks now the lead story on SC has been "and we have another horrible call by the referees..."

You'd think that each goal being as important as they are, soccer might want to enter the 1980's.

The thing with the World Cup is that FIFA also go for a silly 'inclusive' policy with regards to its referees. So much so that one of WC referees is from the Seychelles! Ridiculous that he gets in, while the biggest leagues in the world can only provide one referee. I love football, but i can't stand the way its run.

He's not a troll because he doesn't like soccer and that the BIGGEST stage of the sport about 4 blatant horrible calls have been made so far. Don't say they don't change the game, even though England lost 4-1, if they got that quick goal, momentum shifts and its 2-2.

It's a joke there's no instant replay for the Superbowl of Soccer.

The BIGGER joke is the guy on ESPN (Alexi?) said FIFA won't show instant replays in the stadium for the fans, lol!
