I didn't try to come up with a caption but the photo made me think of the Moss work out video and the snake that he was using to work out his ankles.

The trainer explained how the snake simulates running with someone hanging onto you. And the trainer joked that you couldn't really do this drill without the snake...........Well looks like the Gronk begs to differ. Hey wait I guess that is my headline "Gronk proves Trainers wrong"
