Tate, if he makes the team i dont look for much from him as a WR it would be nice to see him become the full time punt re-turner.

McKenzie, will take seau, spot 10 to 15 snaps a game if alexander, can make the team i don't see why McKenzie, can't lol

Crable, has maybe more talent then most of the OLB's that came out in this draft. and has two years of reading the play book but this is the year. it's now or never. if he is a bust then a think guyton maybe the OLB we been looking for he has the speed to get to the QB

I feel pretty good about McKenzie, FWIW. I love the idea of him, Spikes, and Mayo murdering inside. Not a huge Guyton fan, but he'd have a place in that rotation as well on clear passing downs.

I have no real opinion one way or the other on Tate: hope for the best, but I don't even have a suspicion as to what will happen. Crable's done though, as far as I'm concerned. When's the last time that a guy made it into his third year without stepping on a football field in the regular season, then went on to have an even remotely decent career?

Crable is a figment of your imagination. He doesn't exist, I think he was made up by the Patriots to scare other draftees into staying in shape.

James Harrison played on ST in the final game of his first year, but didn't play a snap on defense until his 3rd year. He was also released by both the Steelers and Ravens during his first two years.

I'd add Wheatley to the list. We're not counting on any of them. We hope for contributions but brought in draftees at all of their positions.

Crable we drafted Cunningham
Tate we drafted Price
McKenzie we drafted Spikes
Wheatley we drafted McCourty

Yup, the Pats have covered their bases. If any of those 4 previous draftees don't pan out, we have some new hungry guys just itching to step up and take their jobs. The competition in camp should be ferocious! I'm looking forward to it! :D

Will be interesting who will be on the 53-man roster.

This is Crable's LAST SHOT. If he does not outperform OLBs, he's as good as gone. Tate has to beat out Price. Don't know about McKenzie...

If I was going to pick one of those players, I would say Tate, since he's actually seen the field during a regular season game.
