Just some questions to think about that have to do with the Patriots draft the next couple of years.

Patriots Mailbag: With the start of the draft fast approaching, Mike Reiss' mailbag was full of draft questions. - ESPN Boston

Here's another question for you guys. If the 1st round draft pick from Oakland is a top 5 pick, who would you like to see the Patriots draft? Would it be a stud RB, WR, or should we just grab the best defensive lineman available? Or would you trade down an grab more picks. This all of course depends on whos healthy and who signs back with the Pats. Also, where in the draft do you guys think Mark Ingram will go next year assuming he stays consistent and healthy? Is he a top 5 pick or not?

Those questions sucked.
Who cares about comparing the Cassel trade with the Mcnabb trade

Thanks for the honest positive reply. So what questions would have you asked? Those are just questions asked by our fellow Pats fans. I enjoyed reading what other people had in mind.

Also, the question about Maurkice Pouncey going to the pats, I would not be too disappointed about this happening. Good chance he's the best value on the board. It may not have a huge impact right away but it would be a lasting impact. We do have other pressing needs aside from the offensive line.

I personally want to take Robert Quinn whos going to be the next DeMarcus Ware.

Or we could take one of the elite WR prospects (Johnathon Baldwin, AJ Green, Micheal Floyd)

No hesitations.

Mike, who do you think is going to be drafted? and who do you want to be drafted?

Kinda simple question.

Patrick Peterson. Bodden, Butler, Peterson. No more crushing defeats with QBs driving for late TDs.

The only way I change my mind is if Wheatley emerges from the darkness where he has been banished or if a top CB is drafted later this month.

Actually, I think they're taking a hard look at Matt Tennant in the late 2nd-round. There's also some possibility of Ted Larsen in the 6th or Joe Hawley in the 7th. But if BB really wants a potential starting center, Tennant's probably the guy.

Here are some REAL questions to ponder....

Why do they call it a hamburger, when there is no ham in it?

Why do they call it a "foul pole" when if you hit it, its a fair ball?

How come Peyton manning's forehead is so big?

Why do they call it a hamburger, when there is no ham in it?

Derived from Hamburg, Germany...though there is no known linkage from the sandwich to that city. One of those things that just kind of happened.

Why do they call it a "foul pole" when if you hit it, its a fair ball?

The pole is an extension of the foul lines. Why aren't they called fair lines? Because a fair ball is the normal situation and the lines are only used to evaluate the abnormal (foul) plays. What can I say, the inventors were glass-half-empty folks.

How come Peyton manning's forehead is so big?

Because he hangs his head in shame so often, gravity is affecting his face. So his forehead actually isn't big, his facial features have been slowly sliding off his skull since his days at Tennessee.

The Pats would use Oakland's draft pick as trade down value for multiple 2nd rounders or something like that,I doubt they stay put there.

I won't believe the Pats will take a high pick without trading down for more players, until I see it.

They took Seymour 6th without trading down.

They took Mayo 10th after a very small trade down, if they didn't want to use high picks they would have traded down a second time.
