1) Getting Polian crucified for pulling the plug on the Jets game.

2) Making Dungy look like a blathering Idiot "It's not gonna even be close." (Well actually, he's right, it wasn't even close, just not the way he wanted it!).

3) Making Assarotti, Cryan, and Shanknancy eat crow.

4) Purging the trolls in this forum in a mass exodus (how quiet it is in here!).

5) Killing all the Manning>Brady talk.

6) Cementing the Patriots place as the NFL team of the decade.

Thank you.. and celebrate it for the next nine days. What a great start for what will probably be a Mardi Gras to remember for many, many years.

haha forgot about the dungy comments, makes it even better.

The only way this would have been better..is if Dungy were still coaching the Colts. Congrats Saints and thanks!!

Since Colts fans are likely thirsty right now, I have something to serve up to them. May they enjoy it all throughout the offseason...

First time the Champs beat three Hall of Fame QB's in one playoff?

Warner - Favre - Manning

Anyone know?

You guys are welcome! I was sick of all the comments about how great the Colts were. I found myself Defending Tom Brady over Manning a lot this year.

It's a great feeling to have my team be SUPER BOWL CHAMPS! It's even sweeter since nobody in the media ever gave the Saints any credit because Manning is "GOD!"

:D WHO DAT! Thanks Pat fans.:rocker:

WOO! WHO DAT indeed.

Congrats bro.

Thank you Saints for a thrilling end to an otherwise disappointing NFL season for Pats fans. That pick 6 made it all OK and just made everything right with the universe.

Congrats, you guys deserve it.

Haha, I hope so, I'm going next Monday! So, I've never been there before, any pointers?

WHO DAT

Thank you Sean Payton, Drew Brees, Tracy Porter, and the rest of the 2009 New Orleans Saints!

(And thank you Peyton! :D )

I've been to Mardi Gras before and it's wild.

But this is the first ever Mardi Gras/Superbowl celebration, so I have no idea what it's going to be like out there.

Beat advice I can give you is wear a hardhat, grab your balls, and watch your wallet.

P.S. Don't do anything stupid; half the cops are undercover.

Have fun. I have never seen a place with so many drunken people having a good time with so few problems. Maybe they just know how to handle things from experience but I swear you can feel the love in the air in New Orleans.

Everyone is too busy having fun. The whole city just feels like a giant house party where everyone is your best friend. It is an incredible city.

I went to Mardi Gras in 2002 and the French Quarter Festival in 2008 and they were the 2 best times I ever had.

I'm not too sure it kills the Manning > Brady talk. If you're talking about body of work, I've never changed my stance that Brady is the better of the two. If you're talking about right now, have to give it to Manning. The Colts hinge so much on his talent and he has them as the class of the AFC at the moment. Brady is still recovering. I still think Brady can catch back up, bring the Patriots back to that elite status they once were in, and take the reigns back as the best at his position.

If we're talking about GOAT of the regular season, then sure, Manning belongs in the conversation.

If we're talking about GOAT including play-offs, forget it, Manning doesn't even belong in the top 3.

Take plenty of Silymarin to protect your liver, bro. And drink lots of water before going to sleep, that is, if you ever do sleep.
