If the Jets pick up Lito's option bonus this offseason, they won't need Asomugha to make that happen. If Revis opts out of his deal after next year (which he will), the Jets will have to give him a new deal at huge coin or buy back the last 2 years of his rookie contract. So in 2012, the Jets could be paying over $22M for Revis and Sheppard.

Lito won't be a Jet in 2010 for what I have read

As a final eight team, the JEST cannot trade for a player that they could not sign as a free agent.

im 99.9% sure you\\\'re wrong about that. theyre completely free when it comes to trades, restricted free agents, and released free agents.

Nope he is right go the CBA and read Article XXI section 7
