Waiting for 'you know who' to come and defend the Pats' season as a great success and bash the article and writer. Also waiting for 'you know who' to make mention of 3 SB rings as a way to somehow defend the Pats' season.

Sheesh Bob ... next time deliver the article via the internet ... it will get here faster.;)

Are the Ravens still raging about Adalius coming to the Pats? :) Poor Ravens... its okay, you'll be good again one day. Probably not with the current team but still.. :p

how does this post even make sense

the ravens just stomped the patriots in the playoffs and you are saying they arent good

what does that make the pats

As a matter of fact, the Pats weren't good this season. They had moments of greatness but were inconsistent. I have faith that the problems will be fixed next season though. And no, the Ravens are not good. Their defense went from being the best in the league to mediocrity as the Colts so clearly illustrated. the difference between the Pats and the Ravems is that the Pats will most likely be back to being feared next year. The Ravens... not so much.

And if Ed Reed decides to retire, the Ravens will really have a bad year.

I take it there is a three week glitch in the macro that starts forum threads based on articles that were posted to the main page? I didn't click the link, but I'd like to assume that it didn't take that long to write the column.

in 2008 the ravens were in the afc championship game

the pats went 11-5 and missed the playoffs with matt cassell as qb

in 2009 the ravens beat the piss out of the pats on the road in the wildcard round

the pats were 10-6 with brady as qb

the past 2 years the ravens have been a better team. until the pats prove they can play at their level, i will put the ravens as the better team

Maybe, maybe not. The Ravens have had a history of one or two good years followed by a seaon with double-digit losses. Past history may be no guarantee of future performance, but they've never made the playoffs three years in a row. Ray Rice is the real deal, but I wonder how much longer Ray Lewis will be effective.

The Ravens have indeed been the better team the last two years, but I'm hesitant to put any money on them next year.

i am not sold on flacco so i am not putting money on them

but to discount them after the beatdown they handed the pats is a bit foolish imo

Brady had just come back from a year away from football so yeah, he wasn't his old self yet. He did show us moments of the old Brady during the season but never really dominated consistently this year. Until the Pats prove they can play the Ravens level?? You mean mediocrity? lol You guys beat us in the post season (with no welker) and we beat you in the regular season and we beat you in 2007 as well. The fact is you beat us once recently so don't get an ego. lol

If we had welker, that game would have been different. Bet on it.

Does beating them mean the Patriots can play at their level?

Do you realize that until this month, the Ravens had never beaten the Patriots?

Death. Taxes. Another Bob George piece not worth reading. Sun rises. Sun sets. Seasons change.

I can't wait for the Pro Bowl update three weeks from now.

Whatever happened to Terdell Sands? He looked great against the Ravens earlier in the season.

Da..............the sky is blue...........
