As the organizer of our local Patriots fan club (Orange County Patriots Fans) I'm working with the Auld Dubliner in Tustin where we meet for games and was thinking of having special menu items for each game based on the opponent next season. I've started with a few of the more obvious ideas but I'd appreciate your input with additional ideas, even for those that already have something. I think some of you that tailgate do similar themes from game to game.

Buffalo - buffalo chicken wings
Miami - mahi mahi
Jets - thin crust pizza
Baltimore - crab cakes
Cincinnati - ?
Green Bay - ?
Minnesota - ?
Indianapolis - ?
Cleveland - ?
Pittsburgh - ?
Chicago - hot dogs, deep dish pizza
Detroit - ?
San Diego - fish tacos

For Cincinnati you could do Cincinnati style chili. Brats and kraut would work for Green Bay, and most likely Minnesota as well.

As for the rest, I am drawing a blank, sorry.

Colts - Chicken strips
Jets - A steaming turd

Minnesota - Red Herring

Buffalo - snow cone
Miami - tuna
Jets - green beans with bacon
Baltimore - crow
Cincinnati - prison food
Green Bay - cheddar cheese with green mold
Minnesota - popsicle
Indianapolis - chicken liver and onions
Cleveland - tripe
Pittsburgh - head cheese & giblets
Chicago - lake carp
Detroit - turnover pastry
San Diego - bologna sandwich
