I actually burst out laughing at that. Post of 2010 thus far along with the description of the AFC Championship game in Gut vs Forehead.

Btw, isn't the recommended daily intake for Olympic Biathletes roughly 5,000 or so calories? They need it for a very very good reason too.

That is awesome!

And for comparison, Michael Phelps supposedly ate 12,000 calories a day while working out 5 hours per day for the Olympics. For someone who likely doesn't work out at all, more than half that is impressive.

This article gives you an indication of how much you have to eat a day to hit that mark.

Blabba the Gutt..

Re: Report: Tubby Wrecks eats 7,000 calories a day

Well, the average person eats about 2,000 calories a day, so Wrecks more than triples that. Seems to me he's on the heart-attack highway.
Yes fat boy is a heart attack waiting to happen. I put the elvis diet up for how outrageous it was, its hard to imagine someone (elvis) could eat more in calories than an elephant.

I know what the article says, but that can't be right. Slim was heavy when he died, but for a sedentary individual that would equate to about 30 pounds of body fat added every single day (barring bulimia or a metabolism 30 times that of your average human being). That means it would take him all of 3 days of eating to reach Wrecks size. The King was supposedly 235 - 250 (at 6 feet tall) at death, 80 pounds heavier than he was in his prime.

And a minor league baseball team served a 4800 calorie burger. Wrecks could crush at most two of those in one sitting, and he's a professional. A foot long sub with 42,000 calories? That would seem to be a stretch.

Im not buying this one.

Do you realize how much a person would have to eat to hit 7,000 calories?

I was/am into bodybuilding, and it is a struggle to take down 4-5 thousand calories eating 7 (solid food) meals a day!!

that said... it's still pretty funny so i say we roll with it!! :D

Re: Report: Tubby Wrecks eats 7,000 calories a day

7,000 regularly is pretty insane. I'm in great shape and can down 10,000 calories in a day if I really want to. But at the end of that I am nott feeling well, and the next day I can't even think of eating much more than a thousand calories. So to just continuously binge like that is crazy.

I don't believe it either i but I've seen the same figures repeatedly.
