According to Ourlads.com's depth charts, which are by subscription. I know as fact that they receive the daily official NFL transaction wire, and at 7 PM tonight they updated their depth chart to reflect this. They have Bruce Davis, Nick Moore, and Robert Ortiz not re-signed for 2010. Per NFL rules, these players will be free to sign with any playoff or non-playoff team to a 2009 or 2010 deal at the beginning of next week.

These moves will likely be announced by the Patriots in a press release tomorrow. That gives the Patriots 50 players under contract for 2010 as of tonight:

QB (3): Brady, Hoyer, Rowe
RB (4): Maroney, Taylor, Morris, Green-Ellis
WR (8): Moss, Welker, Edelman, Aiken, Tate, Slater, Stanback, Jenkins
TE (3): Baker, Myers, Agnone
OT (5): Light, Vollmer, Kaczur, LeVoir, Bussey
OG/C (4): Koppen, Connolly, Ohrnberger, Wendell

DE (4): Warren, Wright, Richard, Grady
NT (2): Pryor, Brace
OLB (3): Thomas, Ninkovich, Crable
ILB (4): Mayo, McKenzie, Alexander, Williams
CB (5): Springs, Butler, Wilhite, Wheatley, Arrington
S (4): Meriweather, Sanders, Chung, McGowan

No Guyton? Or TBC?

No Guyton? Or TBC?

Guyton is an ERFA (Lockett too).

TBC's extension from October, as reported by Reiss yesterday, is still not official. Miguel also noticed this in the NFLPA database recently. Reiss says it is still up in the air whether or not he will return.

BTW, you know the Pats will likely have to give up a 1st-and-3rd for Jackson, right, since he's an RFA?

Guyton is an ERFA and has no choice but to accept our offer when we make it.
Banta-Cain is an UFA and can sign with anyone.

I guess a future contract doesn't necessarily mean you have one.

Well, it does. It just means it doesn't take effect until rosers expand to 80, after the Super Bowl.

The only few questions I have are probably easily answered... RB Chris Taylor...I thought he was signed through 10...BUT am thinking obviously not..BUT I did wonder.... Also about the trio from Navy Kettani, Barnes and White...they are on Military Reserve..so..does that mean they are no longer part of teh future?? Or do any contracts with them automatically expire at season's end?? Just curious...GREAT to put that together to see...

Chris Taylor is an RFA. I believe that the military reserve players continue on military reserve until the year they come off at which time we have rights for one year.

Right, their contracts toll when they are on Reserve/Military, which for the Navy is a 2-year commitment. When they come back their contracts will continue to run again.

Thanks...I wasn't sure of his exact status..(Taylor's) Was also unsure how the Military Reserve was handled..so ineffect they are still on reserve now for 10???
It makes sense..

Are these with future contracts only 1 year deals?? Just wondered if it were1 or 2 or varied??...and also is Crable's deal through 11?? (was looking and could not find much..)

C'mon, Stan! Miguel's page has Crable signed through 2011, yes.

We don't know how long the future contracts are for yet. They don't necessarily have to be one-year deals. NFLPA's website will have them soon.

Yes, Reserve/Military isn't something that expires at the end of the year. They are on it until the Pats either release them or they return from service.
