Looks like Holgrem has plenty of ammo to begin reclamation of the Browns.

The final eight picks in each round can't be determined yet, those teams are still alive...

I think most here realize that.

I was interested in the number of selections per club. IE: Jets with 5.

They have escalators in both the Lito Sheppard (playing time) and Edwards (catches) trades which could bring both of them up to 2nd rounders (they are 3rd and 4th rounders at minimum) and now they have restrictions on how many FA they can sign....

If they both reach the 2nd round escalators (not likely) then they would have to send one of those clubs their 1st round pick.....

Plus they also owe Detriot a pick for O'Connell, which puts them down to 4 picks

Usually a team that misses the playoffs but ends the last month of the RS with several wins in a row does well the following season...The Brownies could be a factor in the North next year...as long as they keep Cribbs happy that is.

What will the Jets do with Washington?

They already have Thomas Jones and Shonn Greene to make a super two headed monster...Is Washington coming back in NY?

That alone could give the Jets some extra picks if they trade him away.

regular season is over, those escalator were never met.

Jets don't need a lot of picks, their roster is already stacked. People like to make fun of them trading up but they get quality over quantity.

We're out a 3rd and a 5th for the one year rental of Burgess, but what a bargain that turned out to be.:singing:

Washington is a Free Agent....Restricted if no new CBA is signed...

Edwards for sure didn't meet the conditions required to get that pick up to a second.

And, he wanted a big payday before he blew his leg up. If he gets tendered a 1 year deal he wont like that at all.

What about the Penguin as HC?
