The Titans and Jags 2nd round picks have to be determined by a coin toss at the combine.

They do not have a 3rd or 5th round pick (Burgess). They have two 7ths (Lewis).

I expect us to trade down with one of the seconds to get a 3rd and probably pick up and additional 4th.

I wonder if the Oakland 2011 first for Seymour will play a role in this year's draft, such as in a trade for more 2010 picks?

I hope we dont but Im not saying anything after last year.

In looking at the draft, I see a lot of WRs and DE/OLBs and big DEs available. Good pass rushers and solid route-running receivers. Adding more draft picks for next year, even if you're trading 2011 second rounders for 2010 third rounders might not be a bad idea.

They also have an extra 7th in 2011 from the David Thomas trade.

I hope we do. The draft is stocked with the type of players we need at the positions we need. The more guys we grab in the first 4 rounds, the better this team becomes.

You can make an argument that trading down out of the 22nd spot makes sense since so many are projecting pass rushers like Carlos Dunlap and Antonio Coleman into the second round when they are bonafide first round talents.

Personally, I'd like to see them package their picks to move into the top 10 for Tim Tebow.

Lmao!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would normally think someone would be joking, but this kid has shown to be a tard.

1. Tebow is not going top 10
2. For what?
3. ugh really?

Not considering possible trades, by the time the Jets make their pick in the second, we will have already picked four guys.

And no free agents for you, Tanny.

Sure, I've missed having a Heath Evans type player on this team!

Seriously. Tebow? I don't know, I just don't like the dude as a quarterback. Something about him just sends off all the wrong signals.

i don't think any one will draft tebow in the top 10 he will be a TE/wildcat QB in the NFL and most peopel got him going in the 2th round but he's stock may rise

Or we could trade our own #1 in 2011 and keep the, presumably, higher pick. It's a deep draft so trading a 2011 #1 while still having one is very possible if the right guy is there.

Or trade those picks to move up and draft a RB like Mark Ingram or whoever is the top RB in college who can give Pats the running game that Corey Dillon gave the Pats in 2004 or even Smith in 01 and the playoffs in 01/03.

I like Tebow, something about him screams "FOOTBALL PLAYER!" which Bill Belichick seems to love in guys. However, I would only consider him in the second round for this team. I think we have more pressing needs, and Tebow doesn't play defense.

Besides that, I don't see him lasting to our first round pick. There are plenty of teams that need a QB AND someone to put fans in seats, and Tebow could be that guy. I think he'll be gone by the end of round one at the latest.

Nope we have three 2nd rounders. I would rather go up and get an elite talent such as McClain or even Haden rather than take a bunch of guys in the second. We did this last year and honestly two of the guys have proven themselves so far. Id gladly take a top twelve pick in the second round then go get Dunlap if you want him in the second and get either a guard or a Wideout with the other second. We also have plenty of trade bait on the roster so I fully expect us to rid ourselves of somebody for a 2nd or third.

Nope, I see him going in the top 5, and I'm willing to give up our entire draft to get him.

I think he's the type of locker room leader we've been missing, and could really have a positive effect on the younger guys. Plus I really admire a guy who puts proverbs on his eye black.

I admire Jack Bauer's schtick. That's pretty impressive dedication to the routine.

just throwing it out there. But its been widely commented that this team is lacking leaders.

Would BB not look at using those second rd. picks for Defensive leaders in trade market? theres a lot of green players already in this team. What makes everyone think he'll load the defense with more young guys? Think OL and WR/RB will definately go to draft though.
