Couple of songs to get everyone fired up for playoff weekend (if you like metal)...

Spent my gym time today blasting this stuff through my headphones on my iPod. Normally, I don't really like this type of music (more into reggae, hip hop, and regular alternative) unless I'm trying to get boost. That would be before I'm either about to play a sport or get into a fight. But, I figured both would be pretty appropriate in getting everyone boost for playoff weekend, if you're into this sort of music. You're also more than welcome to disagree with my musical tastes and post your own YouTube music videos. The first is especially appropriate considering how the Pats' season has gone. The second just gets me boost.

And this one has been used in sporting event promotions and previews. The drum patterns in this song are just sick. Part 2:28 through 3:02 are probably where I would punch someone in the face in a moshpit.

I heard this the other day and thought it would be a perfect song for a sporting event. I'm not really a fan of Muse but Ithought the video was kind of cool.

I like "Knights of Cydonia" better. The beginning of that song makes me feel like I'm riding into battle on a white horse.

When I went to the Razor for the Jags game, I was surprised to hear Sick Puppies - You're Going Down playing.

I don't know if it fits the sport theme, but another good Bullet for My Valentine song, Hit the Floor.

And a little mellower and popular in the WWE -Adelitas Way - Invincible.

I hadn't heard Tears Don't Fall before. That's a great song, Kontra.

There's a TON I like better, Muse is one of the great bands of our time - but for lyrics for a sporting event, Uprising works for me. And, yea, Knights is an amazing track.

Non point is an excellent band! They are a very "musical" metal band. I love how they mix alot of different styles into their music.
