We better be ready to play

If we start pulling players in the second half in a close game, we will not be ready for the playoffs. This is the perfect playoff tune-up game for us. On the road, against a good passing team. The Second round of the playoffs will most likely be on the road and against a good passing team. IMO BB would be making a big mistake by pulling the starters in a close game as we need this experience going into the playoffs.

Wilfork, Warren, Maroney and Bodden aren't playing. Kaczur is listed as the starting RT on the expected depth chart. Ouch.

The Texans have a potent passing game if we do not get pressure on Shawb it could be a long day,,

Without Ty Warren and Wilfork we are weaker up front,,When healthy i like our chances against anyone..

BB had already tipped his hand by the number of players inactive for the game. Be a huge mistake to keep any key players in this game for any length of time. If Brady must play keep him in for a quarter. I'd love to see what Brian Hoyer can do in a real game. He just might surprise some folks. I know I've been very impressed by Hoyer's poise and his grasp of this offense. Be fun to see him play today.

Vegas knew the Pats were going to be missing alot of key players otherwise the line would not have been 8 1/2 points in favor of Houston.

If the starters played the entire game Vegas would have gone bankrupt with everyone taking the Patriots,and if it was a regular full roster starting the Pats would likely not lose by those points and probably win.

I think its more important to for this young defense and inconsistent Offense to play against a tough hungry Texans team in a playoff atmosphere then to see what Brian Hoyer can do.

I think BB will play Brady into the second half, and possibly the entire game if it's close. If so, I just hope BB tells the O-line he's putting a bounty on their heads if they let Williams or anyone else get near him. This team will be dangerous in the playoffs and obviously all is lost if Brady gets hurt.

They probably will use the running game and quick screens/outs almost exclusively. [Fantasy folks get BJGE active!].
