I thought they liked Titus Adams.

Gotta feel bad for the kid right before the playoffs too...hopefully it means they have faith in the health of the d-line.

Presumably, if he clears waivers, he'll go back to the PS.

Seems like kind of a weird move. I was kind of expecting big things from Titus.

Just one of many moves that occur between the practice squad and

53 man roster in the course of a season. There haven't been as many

this year.

Maybe they want to get Wendell some experience, thus one of the OL starters won't be playing much on sunday?

Yeah this is usually the case, Wendell plays on ST and gives us additional OL depth also he can play center or guard..

Wendell has started for us in the past. Perhaps Belichick is just securing Wendell for 2010.

Weird move, yes... but were you really expecting big things from Titus ? Or are you just saying that ?

This isn't a practice squad move. Titus's eligibility is done, unless he's going to be added to the squad just for the playoffs.

This is a good sign for Warren and Wilfork's health.

...and a somewhat higher level of confidence with Brace?

I bet he goes back to the PS and is signed to a future contract once the Pats are eliminated. Same thing would have happened with Wendel, so yes, it is a practice squad move.

Personally, I see this as a positive sign for the development of Ron Brace.

I also think that this means that Brace can be counted on as a backup, and is now solidly in our game plans.
