Is it here to stay? It looked a bit porous today, but I only watched the second half (I decided to sleep-in until 2:30 AM).

You think? I can only remember it being used three or four times, and only on the first occasion did we give up a big play out of it (a 10 yard completion on 3rd and 6). I think we had a sack out of it on one occasion (right before half time)

Garrard had just 189 yards and just two decent drives (before coughing the ball up on one), whilst MJD wasn't a factor - 18 carries, 63 yards. I'm not really bothered about what we do if we're playing like that every week. The D was excellent yesterday.

The five and dime went out of buisness years ago.

My problem is I only saw it when the game was basically already in hand. Maybe it was not used so much, or maybe it was more effective, in the first half.

They looked porous on a couple of drives in the second half, but overall the D played as well as they have all season... overall they gave up 139 yards in the second half, but the Time of possession favored the Pats about 19 to 11.. the simple answer keep the ball in the hands of the offense..
