Welker's 10 catches today give him 105 receptions in just 11 games.

In addition to now giving him the three highest reception totals in Patriots history, he is only the fourth player in NFL history, after Jerry Rice (HT: Willie55), Herman Moore and Marvin Harrison, to have 100 receptions in three consecutive seasons. [Even more remarkably, if he catches just five more passes this season, he will be the only player in NFL history with 110 catches in any three seasons, let alone three consecutive ones.]

Today, Stephen Gostkowski made the 100th field goal of his career, making him the 17th kicker to do so in his first four seasons.

He also topped 100 points for the season for the fourth season in a row, becoming the eighth kicker to do so for the first four seasons of his career. He also extends the Patriots' streak of 100-point seasons from kickers to 14 (starting from the first year of the previous kicker).

Even more remarkably, Gostkowski needs just six points in the next two games to become the fastest player in NFL history to 500 points, and only the second player to do so in four seasons or fewer.

WOW, 2 really good Patriots. Welker could finish with 130+ catches, incredible.

It's actually 11. And he's on pace for 133 receptions right now.

Even with the less than sparkling play by the team, some players are doing good, even great things, but you'd hardly know it to read this board. And Steve Burton, for crying out loud, he was so eager to jump on Moss he actually said 'from Gillette Stadium where the Patriots lost to the Carolina Panthers..." before he caught himself. The look on Zolak's face was priceless.

Welker is the man!

Getting up from that huuuge hit and going on to rape the Panthers D really got our team pumped up.

I thought Rice did it also but I could be wrong.
