No Neal again? Seems like we lose every game he doesn't play.

Jeeeeez. Super sucky. Interesting though that four tackles are active.

Is Butler inactive??

In your post it says he is, but in all of the tweets, it says he isn't.

Though there are only 7 named inactives which means one of Edelman and Stanback are the 3rd QB.

No Aiken isn't good.

Was my first tweet about the game.

Maybe we move Light or Kaczur inside.

Vollmer has to start at LT.

So stanback is the #3 wr. Ouch

RON BRACE

He is the 8th inactive player.

No 3rd QB.

Titus Adams makes it ahead of Brace.

Looks like Taylor's warmup went poorly.
Maybe next week.

RealPatriots just updated their tweet. It now has Brace listed as one of the inactives.

As far as Butler goes, the first version of this post was just a guess and wasn't reflective of the actual inactives.

Again, now that Brace is included among the inactives, we know that Edelman and Stanback are fully active, i.e. not 3rd QBs.

Edelman is the #3 option, Stanback is the #4. I'm fine with that. I don't know what Wheatley's problem is, and Ron Brace must be having real problems adjusting to the NFL. I thought that pick was stupid with the defensive line as stacked as it was--and with Rey Maualuga still available. Maualuga reminds me of Bruschi.

Again, that was the second tweet. The first did not include Brace.

So the 3rd WR this week is Stanbeck... Not sure why Edleman is the #3 since it limits him to the 4th quarter unless total disaster strikes...

My concerns for The Franchise emanating from 2006 on and only underscored down the stretch in 2007 are coming to fruition, and that really disappoints me. He needed better weapons, not necessarily a top tier WR on the back 9, and most of all he needed to be protected from cumulative abuse. If anything over the last couple of seasons the level of abuse has gotten worse instead of better.

I would expect to see the Pats run the ball a little more than usual today, with Carolinas poor run defense and Bradys health. As well as lacking depth at WR

Well that's a little better.

Mauluaga was picked ahead of Brace.

Sorry. The initial post here made it seem like Edelman was the emergency QB option only.
