I read somewhere that Mel Kiper wrote on his insider mailbag that Berry may stay another year at Tennesse.

We have Oaklands 2011 first rounder which will probably be top 10... anyone else here hoping that we get the next Ed Reed in 2011?

We have a #1 and very high #2 at Safety already, I highly doubt we'd take him - but in general it's better for us if lots of mid to late #1s come out this year (having a late #1 and three #2s) and if as many high #1s as possible come out next year.

For 2011, I'd take Patrick Peterson at CB or Robert Quinn at DE/OLB over Eric Berry. Berry is a great playmaker, but I think we have enough talent at that position.

This is likely to be the least year without a rookie salarie scale. I would thinks lots of players will declare who wouldn't ordinarily declare.

You guys are right we have good starters at safety, but i think Berry is an elite player and would love it if we somehow get him. I think if he comes out this year it's a lock for KC to pick him.

We have bigger needs but I'm buying into the hype with this guy, much rather him than Taylor Mays.

i thought i heard somewhere he may project at a CB rather than a S in the pros. Which makes him more versatile if he can play both, something the pats covet.

Hoping he stays until 2011 cause we need to fix our Interior lines and LBs in this draft
