"It's the offense's fault!!"

"No, it's the defense's fault!!"

"It's the coaching staff's fault!"

"No, it's the execution!!!"

I'm going to spare myself of a week of insanity on this board by coming to the conclusion that it is, in fact, possible for both sides of the ball to take blame for a loss, and both coaching and execution to take blame, despite the fact that 98% of patsfans firmly believes it has to be one or the other in both instances.

This team is 7-5 and it has nothing to do with the talent on this squad.

For folks like myself who prefer lurking to posting, the following week can be summed up with one word:

insufferable

This team is 7-5 and it has nothing to do with the talent on this squad.

Really? It has nothing to do with a LOUSY O-line or a front 7 that get absolute zero pressure on the QB? This team has POTENTIAL, but I don't think they have a ton of proven talent.

You alright! They learned it by watching you!

Sure there are holes, as there are in any team under a salary cap. Look across every position on this team. This entire team has top-10 overall talent compared to any other team in this league.

This team is 7-5, and its talent is much better than its record.

This team is run by two coordinators who never had any NFL experience, and didn't do anything in the college game, before getting the keys to major NFL units.

No, that comes after Steve Slaton scoots across the end zone at Houston as time expires to knock us out of the playoffs in the season finale.

how do the Pats get knocked out of the playoffs?...they own the tie breakers over both the Phins and the Rats and are a game up...you actually think either of these two teams is gonna make a run?? Jets have Indy and Cincy left...Miami, despite today's Patriot meltdown, is NOT a very good team

You forgot "It's the referees fault". While I don't beleive this. the call on Wilfork was atrocious, as was the PI call on Wilhite. Qbs are allowed to be blocked and the PI call the ball was out of bound and, if anything, could have been offensive interference. But that is not why we lost. The Patriots still control their destiny, but better step it up.

worst call was PI on Pats WR in the 4th...it never happened

You're assuming way way too much. And you know what they say happens when you assume.

"Turning point"

"Chicken Littles"

"BB knows more than you ever will"

"Go be a ....... fan"

"It's because of the injuries"

I make an ***** of myself at will....not big news

really, though...the Pats have played well at home, they have two games left they should win...9-7 makes the playoffs IMO...now after THAT, well...how anyone thinks they'll have success IN the playoffs is a bit beyond me at this point

"We need Charlie Weis."

All of this is one step ahead of irrelevant, which is where they are headed.
