No, he's been out after being listed as probable with a knee injury the last few weeks.

Springs is listed with a knee issue.

Too bad Edelman can't just use some liquid cement to get those arm bones to stay together.

Well at least the starters on the offensive line will once again have a chance to play as a cohesive unit. Not really suprised to see Taylor listed as out. He'll probably be listed the same way next weekend as well before returning @ Buffalo. I expect him to see some reps in that game and get the majority of his reps in the game against Jacksonville and Houston in the weeks after that to get prepared for the playoffs.

At any rate, hopefully we'll have some of these guys back soon. It'd be nice to have some more depth/able bodies at the CB position, IMO. I'd like to see Springs in there at times for the stretch run.

It'll be good obviously to have Vollmer and Edelman back too, hopefully they can provide some rook magic for the playoffs

Hopefully they're just allowing it to heal up, and being cautious for the stretch run/playoffs? Unless maybe he was having some pain issues, or, god forbid--re injured it.

Hopefully they're just erring on the side of caution.

I know he's listed in the report now with the knee, but I thought about a month ago he was having some concussion problems. Whether or not it was true, I assumed it may have been ongoing.

After getting psyched up for some old Buckeye productivity (lived in Columbus), we sure have been let down with Galloway and Springs this yr.

Do you guys think Shawn will stay next yr, or it's probably anyone's guess, huh? I know he was paid pretty well.

I don't think you'll find a single person in here that will disagree with you on that. However, I look at this injury list with an open mind. For one, this OUT list seems almost insignificant to the one we had a few weeks back (and I know that more could be added before Sunday). For another, it will help out this passing offense BIG TIME when we can get Edelman back out onto the field in the playoffs.

If Bodden re-ups, Springs is likely gone. If Bodden leaves, Springs will probably stay at least a while longer.
