...when are you guys going to share this with me?

It feels like everyone here gets to see it but me.

I've looked everywhere for it, too.

When are you guys going to let me in on your little All 22 club? Then I would know for myself which players suck instead of having to hear it second-hand from everyone else!

PLEASE SHARE

Nobody has access to all of it except the league and sanctioned team scouts. You see it on NFLN every now and then and on the Bellistrator, but those are NFL sanctioned outlets.

You must be a new poster to this forum.

It is pretty obvious that most of the people here have access to this film. Their ability to break down which players are not any good and should be benched or traded is well above mine, but all I get to see is the TV copy.

And we all know what Bill Belichick once said about watching football on TV:

"What can you see on TV?"

I think you'll find there is only 1 person here with all the answers tobias. There's a bazillion threads on how to fix the Patriots.

I'll save you the trouble. I've read all the threads, and here's a summary;
1. BB can't draft
2. BB shouldnt have traded Seymour
3. The whole OL sucks, except Vollmer
4. The whole defense sucks, but especially the starters
5. The OC, and DC both suck

I think thats about it

Don't forget the Peppers.

When we didn't get the Julius, our whole season was pulped.

I think you're mistaken about which exclusive camera angle is used by certain posters here to "evaluate" and ignorantly condemn Patriots personnel. It's the sideline camera pointed at offensive coordinator O'Brien.

Your avatar makes me extremely angry.

That said, I try to watch players that interest me the most in a single game. For instance, if Brady starts getting hit more and more, I keep my eye on the offensive line and try to figure out who gets beat the most. If Brees is bombing on us, I watch the secondary to try to find a particular weakness. Just things like that.

And there's also Jason Taylor as well!

Don't forget Brady ; He's a GQ sissy now. Can't throw the long ball. Can't run.

Well played, T-funke.

ya, imagine fans participating in a forum and actually trying to discuss what problems they have noticed with the team. The audacity!

ya, imagine fans participating in a forum and actually trying to discuss what problems they have noticed with the team. The audacity!

The audacity occurs when some of them become determined to browbeat others into thinking they actually know what they are talking about absent any genuine basis and Belichick, though obviously in possession of that, is either clueless or impotent since he hasn't done anything they have convinved themselves and live to convince others he should have done since the day he or they arrived. NEM had scheme and playcalling and coordinator issues that preceeded this administration. Nothing ever changed that including 3 rings because they weren't won his way. Mav began to develop similar issues in 2005 after we failed to threepeat.

Neither was ever willing to consider there are a myriad of issues that result in losing and while playcalling is occasionally one of them it is seldom the primary issue. Talent and execution are generally the underlying issues and they continuously impact playcalling or the successful outcome of any play called. It's harder to break down a play and grasp why it failed absent insight unavailable to most messageboard analysts. You have to know what each player's assignment was to even begin to analyze whether his performance adversely impacted a play. And you have to have a thorough understanding of what a defense is likely to do to counter any play, what they were showing they would do pre snap and what they actually did post snap. It's easier to just adopt the rationale that the OC sucks because we have plenty of talent and if they just called a better play they would all succeed all the time.

Most of those who attempt to break down broadcast film on their DVR's understand their limitations. Most of those who can't be bothered to are just posting to drive a predetermined agenda based on what they arrogantly think they know because hey, they been watching football on TV since they were xxx (which is some cases isn't even all that long... ). Belichick has been breaking down coaches film since he was in grade school because his father was a coach. He's been coaching in the NFL for 35 years. The guys he surrounds himself with are all privy to his insight as well as reams of coaches film on snap of every team, player and coordinator in the league as well as the performances of their own team and players. Based on this they formulate a plan they believe will work if players simply execute or DO THEIR JOB. More often than not that happens here. But is doesn't always happen anywhere for lots of reasons (injury, inexperience, loss of focus or inconsistent effort, miscalculation) including because it's human nature to be imperfect.

But that's a little too complex a concept for some to grasp and those who do are mocked for being blind homers. It's much simpler (and easier on the analyst) to adopt a kneejerk approach or an agenda when analyzing a teams performance than it is to defend allowing for all of the above to be in play.

You must be an outsider to this forum since you clearly were not given access to the footage like some of us have.

Sucks to be left out of the club huh? :)

I'm still a believer in Seymour trade, simply having him would probably not have won us any of the games we lost.

I disagree. The defense might have been able to breathe on Kyle Orton if he was here. Seymour destroyed Clady last season. On top of that, imagine he and TBC coming off the same edge and right at Manning in the Colts game.

No matter what you are told, this footage does exist and is available to everyone, here is what you do to watch it:

1. Watch the game on Regular TV or in person - Usually in person gives you more immediate access - as you believe that you are more qualified to see said footage because, well..you were there.

2. This is important, it's ONLY available IF WE LOOSE.

3. After the game, immediately get on Patsfans and start a thread about a.) a Certain Play or b.) a certain players performance.

4. Close your eyes.

5. Think really really hard about the game and you will start to develop an alternate reality to what actually happened OR you will start to believe that you are a better Coach and/or GM than Bill F'n Belichick.

6. As you have you eye's closed the "ALL 22" footage will begin to materialize in your mind and you will THEN and ONLY THEN be able to comment reasonably about the game and what you are seeing on the "film".

7. Type irresponsibly about the demise of the team and the dreadful play that you are seeing in the Alternative universe that we will now call the "All 22", and then as you type and respond to the comments that come after your initial post, the film will begin to become a reality. Something that you did not just see in your head, but something that is real and tangible.

8. Read Borges and other doomsayers and then, you will be convinced that what you saw and what you typed was not only real, but a legitimate argument for the aforementioned film and game.
