Agreed with the sentiments here. Detroit looks like it has a football team in its future. They're the butt of NFL jokes now, but I think within five years, this team could be a perennial playoff contender; a lot of youth on that team and what looks like a solid coaching staff.

Yeah, somehow I missed "wait" - I think Gruden is brilliant as a commentator.

Yeah I really like listenig to Gruden, I thought Collinsworth would be really good on Sunday nights but I'm not hugely impressed, I think if Gruden decides to stay in commentary you will see him in that slot in a year or two.

I just got home from work and judging by the highlights, I didn't miss much in the Lions/Packers game. And by the 17-0 score, not much in the Dallas/Oakland game so far...

Glad to see Gradkowski starting because it didn't look like he was going to be playing this year. It always seems that he gets stuck with crappy teams in bad situations but money is money. The Cowboys defensive line dominated Oaklands offensive line all day not allowing anything in the run game. Being that Gradkowski is the best QB to come out of the Univeristy of Toledo its hard not to root for him he had a great college career.

I think you are crazy backing a team with a terrible secondary who have injuries now to make it even worse against a QB who threw for over 400 yards last week and Megatron.

I still think the Packers should win it but its very likely to be a one score game.

Broncs had a nice looking drive but were held to a FG at the end. Apparently the Gints are the league worst in RZ defense though, so plenty of hope for more points by Orton and Co. Hee!
