Gosh I hope so. After all, this game is close to his home as well, in Southern Mississippi. Is he going to bust out in front of the home folk? Why do I get the feeling he's like a madman ready to let it loose, and once and for all rid himself of his doldrums on the Superdome turf? Anyone else with me?

Not really.

I hope you're right! He's been coming up big lately, making some plays AD gone wild would be fun to watch indeed:D

Gotta say, I dunno. I HOPE so, but I think he's running on fumes a lot of the time.

It would be nice to see him sacking Brees a few times!

#1: Adalius Thomas has been a very large disappointment. He has not lived up to expectations, nor has he lived up to his contract. It looks like Baltimore knew what they were doing when they let him leave. Thomas clearly benefited from playing with the defensive talent he had around him. I expect little from him.

#2: His name is Adalius Thomas. His initials are AT. If I see "AD" one more time I swear I'm going to go homicidal.

Go ahead, his nickname is All Day, AD, no-one thinks they're his initials.

Adalius Dumbass?

I didn't understand it before, and it certainly doesn't make sense now... lol.

All Day is only Adrian Peterson as far as I know.

I always just figured that AD is just derived from A and Dalius, because AD rolls off the tongue better than Adalius and AT sure doesn't have a ring to it at all.

AT...AD...Adalius...whatever...YOU'VE GOT WORK TO DO, SON!!!!! :D

His nickname is AD because his middle name starts with a D. Adalius D. Thomas = "AD"

Just like Alexander John Smith would have the nickname of "AJ", not "AS"

All Day is Adrian Peterson, not Adalius

Well whatever the reason, AD is what he goes by.

It seems that most of his recent big plays have come from having no failings -- physical or, more important, mental -- rather than from any particular physical superiority. I.e., he picks the correct assignment and doesn't get blown up doing it.

McGinest was a lot like that, then showed particular explosion on clutch plays. Thomas hasn't made the second part of the equation work yet, so I have only modest hope that he ever will.

He has been playing well since he got benched for a game. Yet another great move from Belichick.

Dude was very active against the Jets last Sunday. He made some nice plays and was hustling, even though he didn't register a sack.

I have been disappointed in his play...sort of gave him a pass a bit as he was learning the system..playing inside one year and then...injured and...well..what he was suppose to be..he has not come close to....sad...and MAYBE he will bust out and make some big plays..I am hoping..but I just think it will be more of the same...a bit short of what was needed.

Invisible against Indy, but he was everywhere against the Jets and really helped stop the run. I hope to see the same. I don't have hope for him to be a great player that he simply isn't, but I think hes better than the shell of a LB we've been watching thus far.

Yep.
Adalius Donquail Thomas

Like a lot of people he is called by the initials of his two first names.

At his size and strength, Thomas is called whatever he wants to be called ...

wish he'd impose that size and strength on opposing linemen and quarterbacks
