What... A... Shame!

At least his tweets can be more frequent on a Sunday afternoon ;)

'@J_Russell How's your bench?'

Wonder if Rex shed a tear when he told him, one of those this is gonna hurt me, more than it hurts you things...

Like he would dirty his hands with such a menial task...he probably had one of his lackeys do it

Rex is way too busy to handle benchings going forward since in addition to selling PSL's and harassing season ticket holders he's assumed responsibility for managing the turnover machine he drafted and started.

Mo, it sounds like you don't like Rexy. I suppose you're going to tell us that you don't approve of Mike Tannenbaum either. :D

You left out time spent in line at the buffet, and perfecting his stand-up routine for midweek press conferences.

Maybe it's on purpose so he can spend more time on his twitter Pro Bowl campaign! :)

I'm happy for Rhodes. Now he has more time during the game to Tweet for Pro Bowl votes.

On that note, his Twitter account has been dead since before the gameon Sunday. Ryan probably told him to cut that out.

Heard on the local radio today that he is benched for the next game. They didn't offer any explanation.

Who cares? They won the Super Bowl in week 2, these are just exhibition games to them. They are just evaluating the back end of their roster to get ready for their home game against us in 2010, their next Super Bowl game.

In the shiny new stadium too! Will be nice for them to open up with a banner and ring ceremony from this year's week 2 superbowl championship - just like the Patriots did for Gillette.

LOL. If I were a Pats fan going to that game, I might have to create said sarcastic banner & bring it to the game.

First Porter, now Rhodes.. don't you love what we do to trash-talkers.

Rhodes has been playing like he's trying to suck his way out of town...maybe Mangini has been tampering again?

The only reason why Cryin' Ryan benched Kerry Rhodes was because Rhodes ate the last twinkie!!

BB started the trend by unceremoniusly benching Adalius Thomas for sub par performance. Now suddenly it is fashionable for head coaches to serve notice to players by benching or deactivating them. (Joey Porter and now Kerry Rhodes)

Rhodes: "Yo coach can i get a bite of that sub?"

Ryan: "Get the F*** off my team"
