Yup. My girlfriend's uncle felt that Faulk had the first down too.

He did have the 1st down. Kharma will fix this injustice in January

Phil Simms not only FELT that Faulk got the first down, he actually GAVE it to him.

Then the Patriots ran out the clock and escaped with a 6 point win. All fantasy leagues will be notified and updated as well as league standings to reflect the new records of both the colts and patriots.

you can all thank Phil Simms

No "h" in karma, but otherwise you're correct.

What goes around, comes around.

I'm not your girl fiend's uncle.

Yes, no opinion makes any difference in the final score of the game.

However had the officials call been right would we be having the same conversation that's been going on all week?

That and $2.25 gets you on train. Anyway after Pats/Colts Game refs took off their zebra shirts and Colts T shirts put their contact lens BACK in & went out to dinner with PM.

Oh for Gods sake, he did NOT have the first down...

He bobbled the ball, going BACKWARDS.. therefore he never had control till he lands. the call was right.

Why the hell does every pats fan blame the refs for their losses? FFS God forbid the almighty patriots be defeated by the better team. and of course Simms thinks he had the first down.. dont u guys get it by now? the media f'n LOVES the pats. NFLN and ESPN eat, drink and sleep Tom Brady. Chris Collinsworthless jacks off to a pic of Brady everynight before bed.

In the end, the game should never have come down to the call regardless. You guys let up, and Peyton took advantage.

You are wrong, it was a 1st but it does not matter as this is in the books and it is a W for Indy. If I were a Colts fan I’m not so sure I would be saying conclusively that the Colts are the better team. They won at home by 1 point helped by a bad call here and elsewhere and squeaked by the week before. Granted the officiating wasn’t as bad as when the refs blatantly tried to give the game to the Colts over the Steelers at Indy a few years back but there is a Colts bias in the reffs. Before you bring up your team’s injuries, make sure you know what our teams were first. The Patriots and Brady are still working to get their groove back and have improved markedly since the start of the year where they were really shaky.

The best team will be decided some months from now. Now run back to Indy and enjoy the rest of the year.

so thats it? just "it was a bad call"? why was it a bad call? please explain how he made the catch past the first down marker when he bobbled the ball and got knocked a yard short.. I'd like to know

You are right. You logic has totally convinced me. The Colts won. Be happy they won by 1 point at home and feel free to confront anyone who says it was a first down. Call Phil Simms and those guys who know nothing like those coaches at on the NFL network and you set them straight. Yes sir you go do that now. It wasn’t a bad spot, it wasn’t. The Colts won by a point at home and before that they beat the Texans too. This makes them the greatest team ever right? And that point means Manning is better too.

the homerdome struck again, but next time the game needs to be far enough out of reach so that it just doesn't matter

Now your catching on ^_-

just show me the proof these "experts" have that it was a first down, and I'll believe you. so far no one has been able to do that.

umm... because the video shows that he gained posession of the ball AFTER the initial bobble before being pushed back.

Don't worry, only the Patriots will remember SPOTGATE

Please don't lie. No, you won't believe. Anyone who has watched all of the angles knows it was a first down. Blown call, plain and simple. Your team won, it's over, move on. But stop lying.
