Wow, we really are going to complain about everything to eh? lol

That's pretty mickey mouse. The contact was inside the 5 yard limit, and while Wayne made contact with his arm it didn't look like he really pushed him or gained any significant separation with it.

I don't mind complaining about really bad calls (like the spot on the 4th and 2 or the Butler PI call). But this seems to be splitting hairs.

Great play by Manning and Wayne.

Pushing off??

that's been Randy Moss' bread and butter for years. And you want it called on the other team. that's like Micheal Jordan wanting Reggie Miller called for it when Reggie (creating space like MJ) hit the game winner in the playoffs years ago. C'mon, what's good for the gosse is good for the gander.

Agreed. I wouldn't want that called on us, and don't think it should be called on the Colts.

exactly. And I have seen Moss flagged for that call. I agree its ticky-tac, but I have seen this called offensive PI before.

It's pretty clear I am a Colts Fan, but I have tried not to bash your fans or team. You know, it's games like yesterday that make me glad I remember the little things in life...like taking my blood preasure meds. Colts/Pats always have to have the meds handy.

Looks like defensive holding by Whilite

"Oh how the table has tuned. the Patriots* always said Belichick was in Peyton's head. After the bone head call 4th and 2 on the 28 up by six 2 minutes.....looks like Peyton is in Belichicks head now. Old Belichick KNOWS who is the greatest qb of all time. With the tables turned and NO video cameras..........just sayin'"

nice try

Don't make any excuses - The Patriots owned them for 3.5 quarters and then layed an egg in the last 8 minutes.

I said nothing about the patriot fans or the team. Just pointed out how things have changed. Well I guess I did mention the videos, but that was all over the place, NFLN, ESPN...what have you.

Wow, we really are going to complain about everything to eh? lol

What I've learned about this rivalry is the fans of the losing team is going to come up with a thousand excuses to try and justify their loss.

Thankfully, it's been you guys 5 of the last 6 times. :D

I'm done nit picking this game, its just too painful. Just like I'm done nit picking SB 42 and 07 AFCCG. Its just too painful. When oh when will karma rejoin ourside. I jus hope this lights a fire under the teams ***** instead of having a deflating effect.

In Bill we trust.

I dont know how anyone could say "the patriots owned them for 3.5 quarters"...

Code:
        Pats Colts
Q1 7 7
Q2 17 7
Q3 0 0
Q4 10 21

the pats "owned" us in Q2, we "owned" them back in Q4. Yes, the pats had the lead for most of the game, but it was an offensive struggle through the first and third quarters, and each team had their spurts in their respective quarters... statistically, there was no "owning" in this game.

The greatest QB of all time completed the pass. It was just good defense by Bullitt to deny the first down.

Just another heart attack game, that's all.

So Mr. Colts fan, what say ye about the typical 4th quarter BS PI call that gives the Colts a free 7 points literally every time we play them in Indy?
In this case, I am referring to the ridiculous call against Butler. Can't wait to hear your reply...

As I mentioned in another post. The play (which was without question a first down you even have to admit that. You get the break. You win the game. It is a "W") The only part that will be interesting is let's say the Colts win out. They have a weak schedule anyway (how does this happen?) One single play defines what the season result was.
But let me add this to put a little downer on the game. Explain how the official with X-Ray vision missed the simple call of #79 Brock lining up off-sides and no call. Kopen tilted the ball back to snap. Brock...Offside. Neutral Zone infraction! Look at the tape. Ball=28.5 yard line. Brock's down hand=28.5 yard line (maybe on the ball even more)

NFL Rule Book: Neutral Zone: The space the length of a ball between the two scrimmage lines. The offensive team and defensive team must remain behind their end of the ball.
Exception: The offensive player who snaps the ball.

That's a big ouch on the NFL and their Refs but a great break for you. Good for you but it does taint a great game.

If you are talking about the PI on Austin Colley....yes it was PI. He hit him in the back. I think Colley set it up by turning slightly and he had to wait for the ball. but techincally, yes, PI, hit him in the back with the ball in the air.
