I guess they decided to ditch the practice in the new stadium. From PFT:

The RCA Dome in Indianapolis was so loud that the Colts were accused of pumping in fake noise. No one is accusing the Colts of doing that at the new Lucas Oil Stadium.
Indianapolis' home field is getting a reputation as one of the quietest places in the league. Watching Colts games, Peyton Manning's audible calls sometimes echo. (Yes, we know the crowd shouldn't be loud when the home team is on offense, but it's a little much.)
The Patriots Tom Brady will play in the stadium for the first time Sunday night, and already got a scouting report that the place is quieter. "Peyton told me," Brady said.
At least the Patriots-Colts game will be played at night. Two weeks back, Dallas Clark lost a ball in the sun because of the blinding bright light that streams in when the Lucas Oil roof is open during afternoon games.
