16 minutes later nothing is said.....

I take it.... you can't formulate a defense w/ this evidence.

-good night :)

With all the gum flapping he does, I'm surprised Joey Porter has never ended up on the injury list with a sprained mouth.

Joke CB's? Don't think so, rookies yes. Davis and Smith will be a good tandem but they're rookies. At least know a lttle about the your upcoming opponent, pink hat ;). Davis is the total package and Smith has very impressive measurables. Yeah they may get schooled as they are going up against very savvy players but there is no lack of atheletic ability there. I bet Davis will make some noticable good plays. He's a big hitter.

LOL. Pink hat. Good one.

I can see us rushing for 150+ yards if we get an early td through the air.

I believe you. Just not when it comes to Vontae Davis and Sean Smith. Did he know their names?

I believe that was sarcasm that went right over your head...;)

It will be a finesse passing team vs a tough hard nose running team.

Translation: It will be one of the league's best and most balanced offenses vs. a team that cannot pass to save its life.

Good one. If that dimwit ever suffered a broken jaw or laryngitis, he'd probably die of social isolation.

well our "ROOKIES" do not have the "21st" in the league status for Pass defense.

Names... They haven't done anything yet...... Sure, those players have promise for the future, but currently not so much.:)

Sorry went to bed. Davis has a pick 6 and Miami deficiencies against the pass have a lot to do with the safties and covering tight ends.

Tony Gonzalez
Dallas Clark
Antonio Gates
Dustin Keller
Jeremy Shockey

All had good games against Miami, nothing to do with Smith or Davis. My only arguement is Davis and Smith are not a joke and they will be a good tandem. Despite your stat searching, good job, they have a lot of ability. Right now they are inexperienced, but not a joke. There is even a Pats fan in this thread who stated he likes both of them and was hoping the Pats drafted Smith. He didn't seem to care about the rank of the Miami pass defense.

Not to mention Miami has played Indianapolis, NO and SD not exactly Tennessee or Tampa Bay when it colmes to passing offenses.

I've said all week the key to the game for Miami is to run the football and pressure Brady and have admitted if they cannot accomplish those to feats they will likely lose. I'm not in here with the DOLPHINS RULE or MIAMI WILL BLOW NE OUT mentality I'm realistic. I expect the same in return but that seems like it may be asking too much.

The Patriots are good, in fact they're very good. They've been by far the most impressive NFL franchise in my life time. Me, I was mosty impressed with the 2001 season as winning all of your games but the most important one does nothing for me. However, if they were half as good as some of you guys think they are they'd win every game 65-0. It's like I'm on here with hundreds of Fred Smerlas's or something.

Add Benjamin Watson to that list if he is active on Sunday. :)

Just heard on Sirius that Ferguson and Crowder are out.

OK can't start a thread becuase my thread count is too low so I'll go back to the one I was part of. Good Game Pats fans. I'm dissapointed in the loss but OK with it as it was a hard fought game and my fins don't even have a WR who can catch LOL. Let's face it, this game was much closer than 95% of pats fans thought it would be. Miami is still a year away from making some noise. Those CB's got beat, but thy also made some plays. Rookies, they will get better and Miami desperatly needs a WR or 2 and a pass catching TE wouldn't hurt. Anyway, good game and good luck in the future. See you in a few weeks.

Ronnie possibly out for the year. Huge blow to the running game. If true, I say they might win three more games.
